Positive thoughts lead to positive words lead to a positive life

There are so many people who are angry and upset in this world today. Holding onto our anger is not good for anyone. Not for us and not for others. We can learn to deal with our anger by replacing the negative thoughts and words that enter our mind with positive thoughts and words.

Proverbs 18:21 (AMP) 21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it and indulge it will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words.

The word of God if is full of power. The words we speak are also very powerful. When we combine the two and speak the word of God over our lives it can be a very powerful force at work. The words we use each day can sometimes be focused on negativity. When we recognize that and decide to stop saying negative things that may not be enough to change us. What we need to do is replace the negative words and thoughts with positive thoughts and words.

Ezekiel 37:4-6 (AMP) Again He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.’ Thus says the Lord God to these bones, ‘Behold, I will make [a]breath enter you so that you may come to life. I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin, and I will put breath in you so that you may come alive; and you will know that I am the Lord.’”

Our life is in the word of God. In God we live and breathe. It is because of God we are here on earth and alive this very day. We are to speak the Word of God over our lives and the lives of those we care for every single day. When we speak negatively we think and act negatively and as a result, our life is negative. When we think positively, regardless of the current circumstance, our behavior is positive. That positive behavior and thought can turn our life and the life of others around.

Sometimes we can take an inventory of our life and think to ourselves what the heck is there to be positive about. There is always something that is good in life, always. We just have to look a little harder when we have developed a mindset of being negative all of the time. If it is tough for you to be positive, then just start with one positive thought, then the next day two, and then three. This seems silly for those born with a positive outlook in life, but it is not silly to those who deal with this every single day.

Take care of your thoughts and choose wisely what you will think and say each day. If you are prone to be positive in life rather than negative then take time to pray for others who have a difficult time with this in their lives.

God loves you and wants you to be happy every day.

If you would like to accept Jesus as your savior, and you are not quite sure how, it is as simple as saying a prayer to God letting Him know you are ready to accept Him into your life. Say this prayer if you would like to invite Jesus to live in your heart:

Father God, I love you and believe in you. I need you Lord and I am sorry for my sins and the way that I live. Lord, I want you in my life. I receive Jesus as my savior and Lord. I believe that Jesus died for me and rose from the dead. Lord take me as I am and make me the way you want me to be. God, thank you for saving me and being with me on my journey. I am looking forward to my journey with you Lord. I know you will equip me for my journey and I am glad I have you by my side as I walk this walk of Life. Thank you Lord, I love you. Amen

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
