The struggle may not be easy, but you have God fighting your battle with you

Acts 1:8 (AMPC) But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth.

We have to learn about and know God for ourselves. Our relationship with God is our responsibility. We go to a church and bible study to learn but our relationship with God is our responsibility. There is Holy Ghost power available to us and we get so busy learning that we forget to apply what we learn to our everyday lives.

God will give us the power to be who we need to be. God will give us the power to believe things in life will turn out great when it appears there is no hope at all in our situation. God is powerful and He wants to give us the power that he has. When things look the darkest is not the time to give up – it is time to press forward with the power of faith that God has given us and continue to believe that God is working in our situation. Don’t give up!

It takes practice to be still and do nothing until God shows us what to do. What happens is we get impatient waiting for God to act and we try to do God’s part. When that happens we may find ourselves in our trial and situation longer. It’s good to act in your situation when God leads you to do so because we have our part as well, but we do not want to take action when God has not directed us to do so.

With God on your side you can conquer any giant that comes your way. The struggle may not be easy, but you have God fighting your battle with you and you can conquer!

Ephesians 3:16 (AMPC) 16 May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality].

If you would like to accept Jesus as your savior, and you are not quite sure how, it is as simple as saying a prayer to God letting Him know you are ready to accept Him into your life. Say this prayer if you would like to invite Jesus to live in your heart:

Father God, I love you and believe in you. I need you Lord and I am sorry for my sins and the way that I live. Lord, I want you in my life. I receive Jesus as my savior and Lord. I believe that Jesus died for me and rose from the dead. Lord take me as I am and make me the way you want me to be. God, thank you for saving me and being with me on my journey. I am looking forward to my journey with you Lord. I know you will equip me for my journey and I am glad I have you by my side as I walk this walk of Life. Thank you Lord, I love you. Amen

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
