Do not ever give up and keep on walking strong with God!

Romans 1:17 (AMPC) 17 For in the Gospel a righteousness which God ascribes is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith [disclosed through the way of faith that arouses to more faith]. As it is written, The man who through faith is just and upright shall live and shall live by faith.

To walk by faith we must trust God more than we trust our feelings, our sight, what we hear, and our circumstances. Walking by faith takes great courage. We learn from our experiences with God and the Word of God. It takes great courage to be led by the spirit because it does not always line up with what other people think you should do. It takes a lot of self-discipline and obedience to walk in faith.

Studying the word is easy but applying it to our lives is not so easy. It takes a lot of strength, discipline, and courage to be able to do so. When we begin to walk by faith we will face opposition. Just remember that opposition is the devil putting a stumbling block in your path so you will not stay on the path you are trying to stay on. When we face the opposition of the devil and go through things is when we begin to understand the bible a little bit and we start remember what it says and apply it to our lives.

We can spend our lives taking care of ourselves or we can open our lives to God and ask Him to give us the life that only He can give us. What a scary thing to face when we actually do that. Don’t trade the life that God has for you because you are confronted by the devil and become fearful about what you are setting out to do.

Do not ever give up and keep on walking strong with God!

Colossians 1:4-5 (AMPC) For we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus [[a]the leaning of your entire human personality on Him in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness] and of the love which you [have and show] for all the saints (God’s consecrated ones), Because of the hope [of experiencing what is] laid up ([b]reserved and waiting) for you in heaven. Of this [hope] you heard in the past in the message of the truth of the Gospel,

If you would like to accept Jesus as your savior, and you are not quite sure how, it is as simple as saying a prayer to God letting Him know you are ready to accept Him into your life. Say this prayer if you would like to invite Jesus to live in your heart:

Father God, I love you and believe in you. I need you Lord and I am sorry for my sins and the way that I live. Lord, I want you in my life. I receive Jesus as my savior and Lord. I believe that Jesus died for me and rose from the dead. Lord take me as I am and make me the way you want me to be. God, thank you for saving me and being with me on my journey. I am looking forward to my journey with you Lord. I know you will equip me for my journey and I am glad I have you by my side as I walk this walk of Life. Thank you Lord, I love you. Amen

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
