Life will not ever work out according to our personal plan – but it will work out according to God’s plan for our life

Romans 8:28 (AMP) 28 And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.

Many of us have had truly unjust lives. We have experienced some pretty negative situations in life. God can use these negative situations and work them out for good. This does not mean the situation was good – in fact it could have been almost unbearable. What it does mean though, is God can help you heal and turn the bad situations into something good for your life and maybe even the lives of others. Our negative beginnings and our current bad circumstances do not have to have a negative ending. Don’t be afraid to believe good things will happen because you will be disappointed. Life will not ever work out according to our personal plan – but it will work out according to God’s plan for our life.

Sometimes it may be difficult to see but God is doing good things for everybody. Instead of focusing on not complaining, just focus on showing gratitude more often throughout the day until it becomes a habit. It’s easier to focus on positive rather than negative. Gratitude will add power to our lives.

Psalm 34:1-3 (AMP) 34 I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul makes its boast in the Lord; the humble and downtrodden will hear it and rejoice. O [a]magnify the Lord with me, And let us lift up His name together.

If you would like to accept Jesus as your savior, and you are not quite sure how, it is as simple as saying a prayer to God letting Him know you are ready to accept Him into your life. Say this prayer if you would like to invite Jesus to live in your heart:

Father God, I love you and believe in you. I need you Lord and I am sorry for my sins and the way that I live. Lord, I want you in my life. I receive Jesus as my savior and Lord. I believe that Jesus died for me and rose from the dead. Lord take me as I am and make me the way you want me to be. God, thank you for saving me and being with me on my journey. I am looking forward to my journey with you Lord. I know you will equip me for my journey and I am glad I have you by my side as I walk this walk of Life. Thank you Lord, I love you. Amen

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
