Do not let opposition from people keep you from fulfilling your plan for your life

1 Corinthians 16:9Amplified Bible (AMP) For a wide door of opportunity for effectual [service] has opened to me [there, a great and promising one], and [there are] many adversaries.

Any time we decide to progress with something in life we will face opposition – sometimes giant opposition. If we do not plan for opposition then we will not be as prepared to handle the opposition as if we did plan for it. It is important to stay peaceful and calm when we face opposition. The devil wants us to get upset because when we get upset it is more difficult to hear from God. Life unfortunately is not a cake-walk, it is more of a hike up-hill.

When we try to face things we need to face people will try to stop us or do things that will derail us from what we know we should be doing in life. The devil uses people to get to us and make us question if what we are doing is right. If you know God is on your side – then what you are doing is right regardless of what people think or say. Do not let opposition from people keep you from fulfilling your plan for your life.

It seems like when we overcome one giant we have to face then another one pops up. Don’t let the fact that another one pops up stop you from proceeding forward. You can defeat your giants. It is time we get tougher at facing our giants and refuse to give up. You are more than a conqueror through Christ and you can finish what you start.

It is time to stand our ground and refuse to give up when faced with opposition. We can do all things with Christ on our side. No matter what tragedies have happened in our past we can rebuild our life. It is never too late to begin again. Every day is a new opportunity to start over. Do not live life in regret – you can start a new beginning right now. And if you fail today, set your mind to begin again tomorrow. God can give you a plan to overcome whatever it is you need to overcome. It is never too late for anyone.

Romans 8:37 (AMP) 37 Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors [a]and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.

If you would like to accept Jesus as your savior, and you are not quite sure how, it is as simple as saying a prayer to God letting Him know you are ready to accept Him into your life. Say this prayer if you would like to invite Jesus to live in your heart:

Father God, I love you and believe in you. I need you Lord and I am sorry for my sins and the way that I live. Lord, I want you in my life. I receive Jesus as my savior and Lord. I believe that Jesus died for me and rose from the dead. Lord take me as I am and make me the way you want me to be. God, thank you for saving me and being with me on my journey. I am looking forward to my journey with you Lord. I know you will equip me for my journey and I am glad I have you by my side as I walk this walk of Life. Thank you Lord, I love you. Amen

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
