Don’t give up no matter who or what is coming against you

Matthew 5:10-11 (AMP) 10 Blessed and happy and [a]enviably fortunate and [b]spiritually prosperous [c](in the state in which the born-again child of God enjoys and finds satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of his outward conditions) are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake (for being and doing right), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven! 11 Blessed (happy, [d]to be envied, and [e]spiritually prosperous—[f]with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of your outward conditions) are you when people revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil things against you falsely on My account.

There are times when we do what is right but people will still come against us – even people we love. When that happens, we know it is the enemy coming against us. During this time it is especially important we stand our ground and do not let people stop us from progressing. Don’t give up no matter who or what is coming against you and try to recognize it is the devil attacking you not people.

The devil is alive and well and is the root cause of the majority of our problems. We have to be aware of this and diligent in coming against the devil with the power and authority that God has given us.

James 4:7Amplified Bible (AMP) So be subject to God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him], and he will flee from you.

If you would like to accept Jesus as your savior, and you are not quite sure how, it is as simple as saying a prayer to God letting Him know you are ready to accept Him into your life. Say this prayer if you would like to invite Jesus to live in your heart:

Father God, I love you and believe in you. I need you Lord and I am sorry for my sins and the way that I live. Lord, I want you in my life. I receive Jesus as my savior and Lord. I believe that Jesus died for me and rose from the dead. Lord take me as I am and make me the way you want me to be. God, thank you for saving me and being with me on my journey. I am looking forward to my journey with you Lord. I know you will equip me for my journey and I am glad I have you by my side as I walk this walk of Life. Thank you Lord, I love you. Amen

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
