During times of testing we must not ever lose hope

Genesis 50:20e (AMP) 20 As for you, you thought evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring about that many people should be kept alive, as they are this day.

God will take every single thing that happens to us and use it for our good. Difficult times we go through when trying to achieve our dreams are times of test. It tests our character and spiritual maturity to see how we handle certain circumstances we face. We can never be promoted to the next level without passing tests in life. We should never give up when the tests are difficult. The difference between taking a test in school and a test in a trial is we don’t always have the proper studying done to take the test (reading and knowing what the Word of God has to say about our situation). Knowing what the bible has to say about how to handle tests in life will definitely help us during times of testing.

God will let us take tests as many times we need to in order to advance. If you find yourself facing the same trial over and over again, then sit down and ask yourself if you are doing the thing that God wants you to do in your situation and in your life. Once you get your goals lined up with God, the situation may not get immediately better, but your attitude about your situation may improve.

During times of testing we must not ever lose hope that God is working in our situation and in our life. When we decide to never lose hope and we know that we know that we are doing what we need to do despite the difficulties we are facing and we let guide us, God will see that we get back double what we lost.

Zechariah 9:11-12 (AMP) 11 As for you also, because of and for the sake of the [covenant of the Lord with His people, which was sealed with sprinkled] covenant blood, I have released and sent forth your imprisoned people out of the waterless pit. 12 Return to the stronghold [of security and prosperity], you prisoners of hope; even today do I declare that I will restore double your former prosperity to you.

If you would like to accept Jesus as your savior, and you are not quite sure how, it is as simple as saying a prayer to God letting Him know you are ready to accept Him into your life. Say this prayer if you would like to invite Jesus to live in your heart:

Father God, I love you and believe in you. I need you Lord and I am sorry for my sins and the way that I live. Lord, I want you in my life. I receive Jesus as my savior and Lord. I believe that Jesus died for me and rose from the dead. Lord take me as I am and make me the way you want me to be. God, thank you for saving me and being with me on my journey. I am looking forward to my journey with you Lord. I know you will equip me for my journey and I am glad I have you by my side as I walk this walk of Life. Thank you Lord, I love you. Amen

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
