James 1:5-7 (AMP) 5 If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of [a]the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him. 6 Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind. 7 For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything [he asks for] from the Lord,
We can be bold and ask God for anything we need ~ it is time we start asking for wisdom when going to God. Unbelief can become a big problem for us. God wants us to step out in faith and believe that He knows best for our life.
Doubt is going to come, but we must believe that God will do what He’s going to do ~ at the right time for us. When we doubt, we are doubting that God knows what is best for our life. We do not know better than God what is best for our lives.
Everything God tells us to do is so our lives will be better. God wants us to have an abundant life worth living.
If you would like to accept Jesus as your savior, and you are not quite sure how, it is as simple as saying a prayer to God letting Him know you are ready to accept Him into your life. Say this prayer if you would like to invite Jesus to live in your heart:
Father God, I love you and believe in you. I need you Lord and I am sorry for my sins and the way that I live. Lord, I want you in my life. I receive Jesus as my savior and Lord. I believe that Jesus died for me and rose from the dead. Lord take me as I am and make me the way you want me to be. God, thank you for saving me and being with me on my journey. I am looking forward to my journey with you Lord. I know you will equip me for my journey and I am glad I have you by my side as I walk this walk of Life. Thank you Lord, I love you. Amen
