Inheritance is something that is given, not earned

Luke 18:27 (AMP) 27 But He said, What is impossible with men is possible with God.

God can do things that we cannot do. What we cannot do, God can. We cannot change loved ones who need help, but God can. We cannot change our circumstances but God can. God opens doors for us that we cannot even imagine are possible. We can pray to God to do things in our lives that are impossible for us to do. God can give us favor in our jobs, with other people, and every other area in life. God will give us favor in areas if it is His will for us and if He thinks we are spiritually mature enough to handle the favor we are asking for.

We cannot do anything to inherit God’s favor – an inheritance is something that is given, not earned. Jesus died for us because we have weaknesses in our flesh and we will never be perfectly holy. God gives us things because He loves us, not because we deserve it or have worked for it. Everything we have is by grace through faith.

God will give us what is His will in His timing when He feels we are spiritually mature enough to handle that thing. He may need to work a few things out in us for us to handle what we are asking for.

Luke 18:18-19 (AMP) 18 And a certain ruler asked Him, Good Teacher [You who are [a]essentially and perfectly [b]morally good], what shall I do to inherit eternal life [to partake of eternal salvation in the Messiah’s kingdom]? 19 Jesus said to him, Why do you call Me [[c]essentially and perfectly [d]morally] good? No one is [[e]essentially and perfectly [f]morally] good—except God only.

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
