Great moments in life can be found in the simplest things we do

1 Corinthians 14:1 (AMP)  14 Eagerly pursue and seek to acquire [this] love [make it your aim, your great quest]; and earnestly desire and cultivate the spiritual endowments (gifts), especially that you may prophesy ([a]interpret the divine will and purpose in inspired preaching and teaching).

We, as Christians, are to walk in love everywhere we go. When we truly walk in love, people will have to look really hard to find something wrong with us. But walking in love has to be sincere. It cannot be love to get recognition or pretending to be kind to others when there is not sincerity with it. God can help us develop sincere love – it doesn’t come naturally for us.

You can impact someone’s life positively just by being kind to them. Great moments in life can be found in the simplest things we do. The simple act of loving someone can change someone’s day or even their life. People in the world are hurting – everyone has problems. We need to get out there and love like Jesus.

Psalm 37:3 (AMP) Trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) in the Lord and do good; so shall you dwell in the land and feed surely on His faithfulness, and truly you shall be fed.

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.

  1. The quickest way to lead someone to Jesus is to act like Him. I get aggravated with myself when I can’t recall Scripture to mind that would be helpful in any given situation, but if all I ever do is love like Jesus did, than I’ll be ok with that.
