Words can impact our anointing and presence of God in our lives

Proverbs 18:21 (AMP) 21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life].

Our mouth is one of the most difficult areas to control.  We cannot tame our tongue but we can pray that God will help us do the work that needs to be done in order for us to learn to stop saying the wrong things and start saying the right things.  Changing our words is something we will need God’s help with.

Words can affect our anointing and the presence of God in our lives.  The presence of God in our life is one of the most precious gifts that we get.  When we praise God and curse others it can impact the amount of power we have.  We need to keep the praise but get rid of the negative words we speak.  We need to be consistent in how we talk.

It is time we line our words up with the Words of God.  Come into agreement with what the bible says and start living life out that way.  Instead we seem to just get ourselves into more trouble with our mouth.  If we want to defeat the Devil we need to learn how to speak the Word of God rather than speak our feelings and our mind.  We can have the mind of Christ.

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.

  1. Shelly says:

We need to live our lives based on the truths of God’s Word and not how we feel in the moment. Our feelings change like the wind, but the Word of God stands firm. Be blessed today and find a way to bless someone else!

  2. Try to never utter an unkind word may be good advice to help ourselves control our thoughts and tongue.
