God can handle our problems better than we can.

2 Timothy 2:4 (AMP)  4 No soldier when in service gets entangled in the enterprises of [civilian] life; his aim is to satisfy and please the one who enlisted him.

Are you a soldier?  We can deal with everyday life but we do not have to get entangled or wrapped up in all the events.  We are here to serve God and to be a bright light to the world.  We cannot focus on God’s will for our lives if we are too entangled in our problems or the problems of other people.  Being over involved can make you lose your focus in life and your peace.  You may be involved in someone’s life who doesn’t even want your help.  We must be strong in order to get through daily life.  Spending your time worried about your life and the life others rather than trusting God in those situations can drain your strength from you.

Trust God that He can handle your problems better than you can!  Do what you can do, and let God do the rest.

About lisajohnson401

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
