It is never too late to begin again

Ephesians 6:11 (AMP) 11 Put on God’s whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

The Devil has strategies to come against us. He knows what buttons to push, what upsets us and what will make us have a nervous breakdown. The Devil tempts us then He makes us feel guilt for falling into the temptation He has placed in front of us.

It is time for us to repent and get over our sin. It is never too late to begin again. Self-condemnation will hold us down in the place we are, but knowing who we are in Christ will give us the confidence we need to move forward in life.

We need to know God (not just know about Him but have a relationship with Him), know who we are in Christ, and we need to know the Power that is available to us through Christ. Having an intimate, loving, relationship with God will empower us to do what we need to do.

Ephesians 6:17-19 (AMP) 17 And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God. 18 Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people). 19 And [pray] also for me, that [freedom of] utterance may be given me, that I may open my mouth to proclaim boldly the mystery of the good news (the Gospel),

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
