Every day circumstances teach us practical lessons

John 12:24 (AMP)  24 I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, Unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains [just one grain; it never becomes more but lives] by itself alone. But if it dies, it produces many others and yields a rich harvest.

We are that grain of wheat.  God will use every day circumstances to teach us practical lessons.  Let yourself to learn from God in every single situation you face.  We can insist on doing things our own way instead of doing things God’s way.  When we choose to do that, we end up being that one grain of wheat and do not have much to share with others. If you want to have the high life, you have to give up the low life.  You have to daily remind yourself that you are living for God and not your flesh.

When we take care of God’s business, God will take care of our business. We don’t have to fight the Devil every day we can walk in love and let God do the fighting for us. Don’t get mad if you are not perfect everyday but do your best.   When you have yourself on your mind all the time, you can miss so much beauty in life.

My true belief is that the best way to preach is by our actions and not our words. However, we need some daily inspiration to keep us on our path. We as Christians have a responsibility not to judge others by our words but to show the love of Christ by loving them where they are at on their personal journey in life...and if they never turn their life over to Christ, continue to love them for who they are - after all God does.
